ACHILON UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G.
[Street and number]
[Postcode] Nuremberg, Germany
Represented by: [First name last name]

2. Provision of the website and server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page or file requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security (e.g. defending against attacks). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. Log files are stored briefly in accordance with the hosting provider’s practices and then deleted, unless longer retention is required to investigate a security incident.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider: [name and address of the web host – to be added before launch, preferably with a data centre in Germany/EU]. The provider processes the data listed in section 2 on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR [conclude DPA].
4. Contact and contact form
The request assistant on our contact page works exclusively locally in your browser: your entries are neither transmitted to our server nor stored. At the end, the assistant creates a summary that you can transfer to your own e-mail client or copy. We only receive your details once you send the e-mail yourself.
You can also contact us by e-mail or phone. We process the data you send us solely to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the conclusion of a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
We delete the data as soon as it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply. Business letters and contract-related correspondence are retained for up to six or ten years in accordance with § 257 HGB and § 147 AO.
Please do not send us confidential security information (e.g. alarm codes, floor plans, vulnerabilities) this way. We will discuss such matters in a protected setting.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies or store any information on your device (§ 25 TDDDG). The language is selected via separate addresses (German in the main directory, English under “/en/”) and is not stored.
